A simple guide to how BrainSpark works
The short version: You do not need an account. Your progress stays in this browser. BrainSpark uses AI, and AI can make mistakes. Do not share private details. Ask a parent or trusted adult when you need help.
Keep private information private. Do not type your full name, home address, school name, phone number, email, passwords, or other private details into BrainSpark. The question report tool does not ask you to write a message.
Your progress and level feedback stay in this browser. They are not saved in a BrainSpark account. Your progress may go away if you clear the site data, change devices, or use another browser.
The site still uses a small amount of technical data. For example, it briefly uses your internet address to stop too many requests. It also uses your country, basic site counts, and normal browser data. Companies that help run BrainSpark may receive some of this data.
Please help younger learners choose the right age group and region. You can clear the browser’s site data to remove progress and settings. Phase 1 has no student accounts, online learner profiles, public posts, messages, ads aimed at one person, or leaderboards tied to a person.
BrainSpark Phase 1 is for users in the United States and India.
Need help? Ask a parent or trusted adult first. For privacy or safety help, contact BrainSpark at support@quintelx.ai. Website: brainspark.study
This page is a simple guide. It does not replace the full Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Child Safety & Privacy Commitment, or AI & Content Transparency document. The full documents have more detail. They control if this guide says something different.
